Once the support ticket is submitted thru our support link: https://genesisbusinesssolutions.com/support will be getting back to you with a (human) response within one (1) working day (but probably much sooner!) We really appreciate if you can send all your support ticket in the right channel.
Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm (Singapore Time) and we have an awesome support team of REAL people (Norgielyn, Michelle and Leon) that are going to respond to your email and help you with any problems or questions that you have!
Any support ticket sent during weekends and public Holidays will be answered on the next working days.
